then there will be peace, and across the world many new countries will emerge. some black, some white, some red, and some yellow.
some kind of elected court will be created which will prevent countries from going against each other. that elected court will be
above all nations. in peaces where war would break out, this court would arbtitrate and restore peace. after a while some small and the large countries will stop respecting this court. they will say that they respect the court but, in reality, they will do what they wish.

그 뒤로는 평화가 있을 것이다 그리고 세계의 많은 국가들이 독립하는데 그것은 아프리카, 유럽, 아메리카(?). 그리고 아시아이다.
선출된 의회는 나라들이 서로서로 적대하는 것을 방지하도록 창조되었고 선출된 의회는 모든 나라 위에 있을 것이며 평화로운 곳에서
전쟁이 일어나면 이 의회는 평화를 조정하고 재건할 것이다. 잠시 후에 몇 몇의 작고 큰 나라들이 이 의회를 존경하는 것을 멈출 것이며 그들은
그들이 그 의회를 존경한다고 말할 것이지만 실제로 그들은 원하는 바를 할 것이다.

저 위에 some black, some white, some red, and some yellow을 제대로 해석했는지 모르겠네요..
그리고 최대의 궁금증은 선출된 의회가 무엇을 말하냐 인데 바로 유엔을 말하는 걸까요?
