켐트레일의 정의: "켐트레일"이란 단어는 지난 몇 년간 나타난 현상으로 생긴 신조어이다. 켐트레일은 콘트레일과 완전히 다른 형식이다. 처음에 켐트레일은 콘트레일처럼 생각되었다. 하지만, 콘트레일처럼 사라지지 않고, 대신 계속 양옆으로 퍼져서 안개구름의 형태로 바뀐다. 이 트레일은 하늘 전체로 퍼져서 5시간 또는 8시간 까지도 머물러있는다. 이것은 원래 청명했던 하늘을 회색의 하늘로 변화시키는 원인으로 알려져 있다 (2001년 11월 까지 이미 여러대의 클라우드버스터가 7개국에 설치되어있다. 그러므로 만약 당신이 켐트레일이 오랫동안 지속되지 않는 지역을 발견할 경우, 그곳에는 이미 클라우드버스터가 설치되어있을 것이다 ).

Chemtrails are often seen to be sprayed by white planes with no markings.
